Our Management Team
Cheryl Strait
Cheryl is President and CEO of Strait & Associates. Cheryl is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years experience consulting in a variety of industries including manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceutical, financial services and power and utilities. Cheryl is a recognized expert known for leading complex initiatives that have enabled her to acquire an intimate knowledge of both business operations and the core techniques utilized to design, implement and sustain successful records and information management programs. Cheryl routinely speaks and publishes articles related to the field of records and information management. Cheryl holds an MBA from Wayne State University, a Masters Certificate in Project Management from University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
John F. Ferguson
John Ferguson is Vice President of Strait & Associates. He is experienced in the integration of records and information management with core business processes. His extensive experience working with teams to reach new levels of performance has produced consistent results in streamlining operations, improving quality and reducing costs. John’s consulting career in quality management and process improvement has spanned over 20 years. John holds a bachelor degree in Management Information Systems from Oakland University and is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Ann Sachs
As Director of Corporate Operations, Ann Sachs has more than 20 years of project and program management experience in disciplines including information technology, manufacturing, corporate education, resource management, and performance management. Before joining Strait & Associates, Ann held information technology leadership and Chief Learning Officer positions in commercial companies, government organizations, private and public schools. Ann is a Project Management Professional® and Certified Information Professional (CIP). She holds a master’s degree in administration from Saginaw Valley State University and a bachelor’s degree in music from Michigan State University.
Kassi Turner
Kassi is an Advisory Partner for Strait & Associates LLC. She has twenty years of professional experience specializing in business process improvement, planning, monitoring process maturity, change management and training. As a consultant, she has worked with clients in various industries including automotive, manufacturing, information technology and publishing to provide increased quality and efficiency. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Spring Arbor University.
